I. Identification
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "GENERAL CONDITIONS") govern the contracting of services (hereinafter "SERVICES") available to all Internet users, whether individuals or legal entities (hereinafter the "CLIENT"), offered through the website https://www.sebarquitectos.com/ (hereinafter "WEBSITE"), owned by SEBASTIAN BRUGMANS S.L.U., sebarquitectos@gmail.com (hereinafter "THE COMPANY").

II. Purpose
THE COMPANY, through its WEBSITE, makes its services available to all Internet users. The CLIENT will be informed of the particularities of each SERVICE, as well as the guidelines to follow before completing an order.

THE COMPANY is authorized to restructure, modify, or remove any information, service, or content included in the WEBSITE without prior notice. Reading and accepting these GENERAL CONDITIONS is a mandatory requirement before purchasing or contracting any SERVICE through the WEBSITE. The CLIENT must check the acceptance box of these GENERAL CONDITIONS. These GENERAL CONDITIONS constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the online transactions of SERVICE contracting between THE COMPANY and its CLIENTS. The services are acquired directly from THE COMPANY, which acts as the direct seller. Therefore, the contract of sale of the SERVICES is made between the CLIENT and THE COMPANY. When completing the purchase, it will be considered fully completed, and from that moment on, the prices and conditions will have contractual character, and may only be modified by express agreement of the contracting parties.

III. Client Obligations
The CLIENT must be capable of contracting in order to acquire the SERVICES offered on the WEBSITE. Therefore, only those over 18 years of age with sufficient capacity to contract can purchase and acquire the SERVICES offered on the WEBSITE. By purchasing and contracting the SERVICES offered on the WEBSITE, the CLIENT declares to know and accept without any reservation all the terms of these GENERAL CONDITIONS, which will be binding as written at the time of contracting.

IV. Website Content and Actions
The information contained on this WEBSITE should not be considered as complete or exhaustive due to the particularities of each of the existing SERVICES. THE COMPANY states that the SERVICES offered correspond to the characteristics outlined and the purpose indicated for each case on the WEBSITE. In this sense, THE COMPANY is exempt from responsibility for cases where, due to technical or human errors attributable to the CLIENT, there were mistakes, variations, or errors in the data provided to the CLIENT.

V. Purchase Procedure
In 5 simple steps:

  1. Service Selection: The CLIENT, upon entering the WEBSITE (or browsing the WEBSITE), can choose the SERVICES they wish. All SERVICES on the WEBSITE will be accompanied by a description.

  2. Data Confirmation: If the CLIENT decides to purchase, they must complete the corresponding form on that same service page and select the "Proceed to Payment" option.

  3. Payment: The CLIENT must fill in the necessary payment information (card number, expiration date, security code, etc.) and select the "Confirm Purchase" button. Before selecting "Confirm Purchase," the CLIENT must have accepted the checkboxes for these GENERAL CONDITIONS, which implies acceptance of the legal notice, privacy policy, and cookie policy for the processing of the data provided by THE COMPANY.

  4. Confirmation by THE COMPANY: If no error occurs during the process (for example, the CLIENT forgot to fill in a mandatory field), a screen with the order confirmation will appear. The CLIENT will also receive an email confirming the order with the details of the purchase.

  5. If the CLIENT notices an error in any point of the order, they must immediately notify it via email to sebarquitectos@gmail.com to correct the error.

VI. Prices
The prices listed on the WEBSITE correspond to the price of the SERVICES. Prices are valid unless there is an error and may be reviewed and modified at any time without prior notice by THE COMPANY, always respecting the price indicated at the time of purchase.

VII. Payment Methods
THE COMPANY works with third-party payment gateway services under the name WIX PAYMENTS. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by WIX PAYMENTS. Any issues during the checkout process should be reported in order to file a claim with WIX PAYMENTS. The company is not responsible for any failures or issues caused by WIX PAYMENTS.

VIII. Shipping Costs
The services offered do not incur shipping costs.

IX. Delivery Times
The delivery of digital products will be confirmed to the client individually. THE COMPANY will indicate the delivery date via email.

X. Returns
The right to a refund of the amount paid for the SERVICES is lost once the digital product has been sent by THE COMPANY.

XI. Guarantees
Regarding Results:
The CLIENT agrees to maintain confidentiality about the digital product they will receive from THE COMPANY.
THE COMPANY is exempt from any responsibility in cases where human errors attributable to the CLIENT lead to inconsistent results (for example, if the CLIENT does not strictly follow the instructions regarding the process to follow when submitting information, or sends incorrect or intentionally misleading information, etc.), or if there are mistakes, errors, or variations in the SERVICE.

XII. Intellectual Property
The CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that the intellectual property elements and rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks, designs, photographs, images, source codes, etc.) related to the WEBSITE and the digital products accessed are the exclusive property of THE COMPANY.
The CLIENT may not, directly or indirectly, copy, modify, alter, publish, communicate, distribute, sell, or transmit materials from the WEBSITE or the digital products they have access to, in whole or in part, without the authorization of THE COMPANY.

XIII. Information and Inquiries
