In this project, we undertake the roles of promoter, project, and construction. "Edificio Alse" contains 15 apartments and is located in the urban center of the town of Adeje. The project is integrated into the environment where the Church of Santa Ursula, Plaza de España, and Casa Fuerte de Adeje are located. Among the cultural heritage assets surrounding the building, a neutral style was designed, combined with a modern touch that is seen in its rounded corners, its infinity pool on the rooftop, and its solar control glass with a soft bluish tone. Sustainability was carefully considered in the design of the building, with rooms that have good cross-ventilation, ample natural light capture, and adequate protection against cold and heat, using continuous insulation on the exterior faces of the façades. It is currently a building for vacation rentals.
